Alma Station (1020 Alma)


Lane Partners is proposing to demolish two existing commercial buildings and construct a new three-story office building with two subterranean parking levels at 1010-1026 Alma Street. The 0.7-acre project site is part of the El Camino Real/Downtown Specific Plan. The proposal includes consideration a Public Benefit Bonus to exceed the base level floor area ratio (FAR). As part of the proposed project, two heritage trees are proposed for removal.
